The City of Buffalo is undergoing a massive overhaul of its land use and zoning policies, an effort which will result in the new Buffalo Green Code. Indeed, the city’s current zoning ordinances are ‘outdated’ and in need of revision. But are there latent opportunities that exist within the structure of Buffalo’s Zoning Codes?
